Now customers can access our text messaging feature to help enhance pick-up rates across new lead workflows. A pre-call text is a brief text message sent to a lead just before a sales call to set context, build familiarity, and increase the likelihood of connection. For new leads using 2X Solutions, pre-texting has been shown to significantly improve performance, raising baseline connection rates from around 54% to 61–69%, a 7–15% lift.

  1. Total texts: 5–7 (sweet spot) 
  2. Rule of thumb: Text only when it precedes a real call attempt 
  3. Day 0–2: High-Intent Window (Critical)

Day 0 – Immediately before first call

Day 2 – Before third call 

  • Text #3 (Soft urgency)  
    "Hi “##record_first_name## we’re still trying to connect regarding your interest in [X]. We’ll try calling again in 3 to 5 minutes.” 
    •  This window drives the biggest lift; most of your 7–15% connection improvement comes from here. 

TEXT 4 

Day 6 – Before call 

  • Text #4 (Relevance nudge)  
    “Hi ##record_first_name##, just checking back in about your interest in [X].  For your convenience, it’s us calling you in 3 to 5 minutes.” 

TEXT 5 

Day 10 – Before call 

  • Text #5 (Choice-based language)  
    “Hi ##record_first_name##, we’ll give you one more quick call regarding your recent interest in [X]. We’ll try you in 3 to 5 minutes.”
