Calculating Rates:

Pick up rate = Total Contacted/Total Attempted Calls
Contact Rate = Total contacted/Records in Workflow
Failed Calls = Total Failed/Total Attempted
Voicemail Callback Rate = Inbound Transfers/Total Voicemails
Inbound Transfer Share = Inbound Transfers/Total Transfers
Outbound Transfer Share = Outbound Transfer/Total Transfers
Transfer Rate = Transfers/Total Contacted
Additional Metrics:

Total Contacted = Call Ended + Hung Up + Transferred + Not Interested + Unsubscribe + Wrong Number + Other + Final Answer Yes + Final Answer No + Scheduled Call Back (Every end reason that indicated we spoke to them is wrapped up in this)
