Federal and State Do-Not-Call (DNC) Scrubbing with 2X Solutions

At 2X Solutions, we prioritize compliance with telemarketing regulations and make it easy for our clients to stay aligned with both federal and state Do Not Call (DNC) requirements. Our platform supports real-time DNC list scrubbing before a call is placed—ensuring you don’t waste resources or risk violations.

What We Provide

We provide real-time DNC list filtering for both:

  • Federal DNC List – Requires your organization’s Federal Subscription Account Number.
  • State DNC Lists – We supply and manage this data for you.
Note: 2X Solutions does not charge for this service. It is included as part of our platform's call compliance infrastructure. 

How It Works:

Before the Call Is Placed

When a contact is about to be dialed on our platform, we run a real-time check against the DNC databases.

Matching Numbers Are Blocked

If a number is found on either the federal or relevant state DNC list, the system:

  • Blocks the call automatically
  • Logs the event
  • Notifies you that the number was flagged as a Do-Not-Call Number

This process runs in real time behind the scenes—no delay or extra steps required by your team once setup is complete.

Federal DNC List Requirements

To enable federal DNC scrubbing, you must provide us with your company's Federal Subscription Account Number. This allows us to legally and accurately query the federal DNC registry on your behalf. If you don’t have a subscription yet, you can obtain one from the National Do Not Call Registry. Once you provide the number, our system can immediately begin filtering your list accordingly.

State DNC Lists

We take care of state-level DNC data management. You do not need to provide anything additional. 2X supplies and updates the state DNC lists for all applicable states.
