You have two options when using our platform:

We display a local number to your customer based on their area code. Call IQ protection is already built into this option, so your numbers are automatically registered and monitored to reduce spam labeling and enhance pickup rates.
Option 2: Call IQ (Your Own Number Pool)
If you choose not to use Local Presence and instead operate from a fixed pool of numbers, Call IQ will still actively help protect your numbers. We:
- Register them with major call registries
- Monitor for spam/scam tags
- Remediate or replace flagged numbers automatically
Both options are designed to minimize negative labeling, improve deliverability, and protect your brand’s reputation—with no additional cost to you.
What is Call IQ?
