When you enable Saturday calls in your workflow, the system uses the next scheduled call in the workflow as the Saturday call. To keep the workflow sequence intact, this same call will also be repeated on the next scheduled calling day. This ensures your workflow stays consistent and no steps are skipped. For example, if your workflow has 2-3 calls planned for the next calling day and you select Saturday business hours, the system will execute only the first scheduled call on Saturday. Then, on the next available calling day, the workflow will resume and complete all scheduled calls for that day to maintain continuity. By handling Saturday calls this way, the workflow remains organized and efficient, ensuring your planned outreach sequence stays on track during the weekdays.
