To ensure compliance with TSR call time restrictions, the 2X Solutions’ system adheres strictly to approved calling hours and days. The platform is configured to call customers only during the hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an optional setting to allow calls on Saturday. Calls are also automatically excluded on restricted holidays to meet regulatory requirements.
Our system identifies the correct time zone for each customer by checking one of two pieces of information in the uploaded data:
- Default Time Zone Detection: By default, 2x Solutions’ system determines the customer’s time zone based on the area code of their phone number.
- Override with Zip Code: For added accuracy, users may choose to upload the customer’s zip code, which the system will prioritize over the area code to establish the time zone.
Once the 2x Solutions system has confirmed the customer’s time zone, it schedules calls according to your business’s specified calling hours. This allows for precise call timing within any workflow, ensuring that outreach aligns with both TSR rules and your business’s operating hours.
How did we do?
I am uploading new records into an existing workflow using a CSV file; will the system catch if I upload the same records?
Why do we need to use the 2X outbound number in voicemails?
