After uploading a CSV file and the system completes the calls to the records in your workflow, you can easily retrieve and download the detailed call results back to your CRM. Here's how:

  1. Download the CSV File and Results: The download link for the completed call information is conveniently located near the upload link you used to submit your CSV file. The download includes all the detailed call results for each call made. 
  2. What Information will I receive? The downloaded data in your CSV file mirrors what is displayed in the Webhook section in the 2X back office, ensuring consistency. You can use this information to update your CRM, generate reports, or track call outcomes effectively.

This streamlined process ensures all call details are easily accessible for your analysis and integration needs.
