3. Caller Identification : Required scripting that identifies your organization's name and the reason for the call up front. If recipients request a contact number for your business, your AI assistant will automatically provide your business phone number as required by law.
4. Easy Opt-Out : All telemarketing calls and texts must include an interactive opt-out mechanism so recipients can revoke consent immediately. The 2X platform automatically opts out recipients upon their request and notifies your CRM immediately.
5. Abandon Call Rule: Our system ensures that a live agent connects with the recipient within the required 2-second limit. This helps us keep the number of "abandoned calls" (where no agent is available to speak) below the mandated 3% limit over 30-day periods, with detailed records kept for any regulatory inquiries.
6. Ring Duration Requirements : Our platform is set to let the phone ring for at least 15 seconds, or four rings, before disconnecting. This fully meets the requirements of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), which governs how telemarketing calls must be made.
7. Required 5-year Record Retention : 2X securely retains all required call records for the regulatory five-year period. Each record includes the full voicemail transcript, call script, abandon-call and ring-duration data, outbound calling number, and whether the call was inbound or outbound4along with other key call details as outlined by TCPA regulations.
